The Chief Investigators of the joint Monash University and University of Melbourne Australian Research Council Linkage project, “Options for Supported Decision Making to Enhance the Recovery of People with Severe Mental Health Problems” cordially invite you to a workshop presenting major project findings followed by a panel discussion composed of representatives from the Victorian Mental Illness Awareness Council, MI Fellowship, Tandem, Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and Mercy Mental Health

This project is led by Associate Professor Renata Kokanovic, (Monash University) in collaboration with Professor Bernadette McSherry, Professor Helen Herrman and Dr Lisa Brophy (University of Melbourne), the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services and a number of community managed mental health support services and service users and carer organisations.

The workshop will be followed by the launch of the internet resource detailing the lived experiences of a diverse group of people diagnosed with severe mental health problems and family carers. (Please register separately for the launch.)
